Your website is easily navigated and checkout is straightforward. I gave 1 star for questions #2 and #3 since they are premature and shouldn't be asked of a first-time customer until the product is received and billing completed.

The two Broan filters I purchased were shipped in a flat (2" high) box that was bent in transit and thus the filter frames were bent. Customer service was outstanding in dealing with the replacement, although I had to call to get the return label that was supposed to be included with the replacement filters per the packing slip. Defective products and damaged products are unpleasant facts of life. There are very few companies that I have dealt with that handle the replacement process as well as Gordon Electric has.

Very difficult to navigate in this website. I had to call to get some advise, the customer service staff, Chris did a great job explaining the products, and answering all of my questions, if it wasn't for him i would've purchased my items thru another company.
