My first notes to you: I was bounced out of your site 3x during my experience. Also, I selected the item...then went to place the orderthe first time...the item seemingly dropped from your inventory...so I had to go BACK to Google, search the item, select "gordon electric" and go in the back way to regenerate the availability of the item. Then, as I said, your system dropped my order 3x.

Ron did not respond. So I called, spoke to him about the order, he said "we were out of stock when you placed the order" (although your website did not say that/I would not have ordered)...then Ron/he hung up on me.
My third email/response to your email survey:
"This was the WORST online purchase I have had in over 20 years of online purchasing.
I would NEVER recommend your company nor use you again."
