All good!
Everything was excellent except the packaging. The boxes I ordered were bent slightly but no biggie. It was the 2 items with some bubble bags as packing. The electrical boxes bounced around and poked through the cardboard box.
The website was good, the purchase experience solid. I was disappointed that one of the items i received was bent in the corner. The shipping box had no dents, nor did any of the inner packing material have any rips or dents, so it had to have been packed dented
I was able to bend the corner back myself, and adjust how it was mounted so what damage remained wasn't really visible, but their willingness to ship something damaged did not leave me with a good feeling about them. I thought about going through their return process but that seemed like such a pain i decided to skip it and bend it back myself. But i should not have had to deal with that

Shipping was a bit high for as small as the item is but understandable.
Price and availability seem good. First time order, so we'll see on fulfillment. Little slow (Holiday period) to receive. UPS left package 1/2 mile from residence (they have but didn't use gate code).
