Looking for this probe for my son who works HVAC. This is the one he specifically requested and I was not able to find it locally. Site was easy to navigate and ordering processed quickly.

Received order 15 days after ordering too long even with Christmas deliveries clogging the system.

Best prices I found on hard to find parts. Parts arrived when expected (a little slower than hoped for but due to the holidays, it was understandable). Got the right parts and the repair is done. Saved money by fixing my bathroom heater fan and also didn't have to mess with changing/patching ceiling if I had bought a new one.

Only place I can find this quality bar hanger. Not like the cheap junk my supply houses carry.

The web site is old and needs to be replaced. There is no indication of when the product will arrive...However, your prices are good. I need the product prior to January 6th...I could not tell if i would receive it
