They do not seem to work. They are not coming on and I cannot determine why tgey are not working. So need to do more work to figure it out

I had ordered an Ideal product and have been used to this item having yellow handle grips - one's received were blue - do you know if there are still available in yellow?

Easy, no problems.

Everything was easy but I wish you could ship out sooner than 5-7 days. That means the order will take 2 weeks to get here. If the time for shipping was faster, I'd give more stars. I'm a first time buyer here.
