Luckily I only needed one item. I thought the package was two of the same clip so I would have an extra. Turned out to be out to be two different sizes and only one fit. Website materials could be clearer since it was a single specific part number.

Can you ship small items USPS priority for less than UPS?

I was offered a substitute part and was told it was the same form, fit and function which is critical to our application. Form and fit were not equivalent so at this point function does not matter. I have to return the product.
