Shopping and shipping was fast and convenient. Would definately recommend.

The part was purchased with a shipping cost of $31. Ultimately I did not end up needing the part but when I tried to return it the cost was at least $250 because of the length of the object. I ended up keeping the object because it cost more to ship it back then it was worth

When the bulbs arrived the packaging was loose and i could hear the bulbs shaking around. One of the bulbs was actually broken in the box when it was opened. What do you do about damaged products? Is there a refund or credit process?
