Very easy to do business and quick fulfillment

Packages arrived ok but the boxes were both open on one of their ends. The factory boxes did not stay sealed.

Needed an exact copy of an old stone wall light cover (louvres). Could only find it at Gordons. When it came, it was, in fact, an exact copy, but the quality was much better, a much heavier steel that the original. Great service, fair price, great help from humans on a telephone.
