The part was quoted quickly, easy to order and received promptly.

My only gripe and it is minor is the min buy on this was 1000 pcs and I only needed around 75. And that drove the price up

The items that I need for my small business are a fair price. I only wished that you included flat rate boxes as part of your shipping service.

The search engine on your website is terrible. I had a much easier time searching in Google, then using that information to find things on your site. You had everything I wanted, but finding it was a bit painful. It also would have been good to know that the shopping cart wouldn't remember items until after I created a cart. I had put three items in there only to have it "forget" making me go looking for them all over.

Within 24 hours of placing my order, I received a voicemail from Gordon telling me that my order was out of stock but that they had arranged for the order to be shipped directly from the manufacturer. My order arrived perfectly and very much on time. Thank you all for such great service!

Quick and easy with search tool

Placing the order was easy. It didn't ship for several days, which I did not understand.

Once I received it, I realized I bought the single pole version when I should have bought the double pole. Any chance I can return it?
