The first package was lost by UPS, but Gordon electric worked expediently with me to have another product sent to me. I am pleased with the experience working with Gordon Electric. The problem was with UPS.

I just got my order 9/5/2018. I would've thought at nearly $8 Per Receptical that they would've at the very Least have been shipped individually in their Own Boxes. Nope, Loosely thrown in a Box with popped bubble pack. Unbelievable! Customer Service/ Care I guess no longer exists... To bad...
