GREAT!
Very smooth and easy.
I was replacing a 3 way illuminated paddle light switch, and the new switches I received were not as bright as the old ones. Perhaps the manufacturer changed design!
Anyway everything else was great doing business with you!
Site was easy to use!
Excellent service
I received my order within 2 days. It was great. Thank you.
Excellent service and fast shipping!
The Website had all the info I needed.
And when I had questions, Gregg the Customer Service Rep. Was very helpful and verified what I needed.
Yes, I will be back when I need more stuff.

WONDERFUL!
Selection of products is great. They failed to tell me that the items were back ordered, even after I emailed them to ask the status of my order. I ordered the product on 10/22 and received the merchandise on 11/06.
Great customer service and website
It was easy...had a question, called and was helped right away.

Had what I needed, easy ordering
Had to change credit cards because site wouldn't accept my first card. It kept deleting the last digit of the card number.
Had Broan parts that no one else could figure out the correct part numbers. Delivery time was a function of getting non-stocked items. All items correctly fit.
Answer: They offer refunds but will scam you of your time -- they put literally every electrical part to ever exist on their website and sell it to you... then they try and order it from the manufacturer. They sell you items that they don't have.
