The website had the wrong information and made me order the wrong item. I called and the order was fixed.
When I tried to order on line I had some issues with my credit card zip code mismatch for an unknown reason, I contacted your customer service who got right back to me with what you saw as the problem paying for the product. You suggested I contact the credit card company and there I found the problem. Got the card corrected and re-inputted my order and the response from you with a email followup was appreciated. The price of the switches I bought was fair and not everyone carries the odd ball switch and I have installed and am enjoying and using my product. Thanks
Had a bad experience with a seller on amazon that canceled my order because they went out-of-stock on the item/part and didn't tell me.
Found Gordon Electric on-line, they had the item in stock, shipped it out immediately, kept me informed of shipping, provided a tracking number, and the item arrived one day earlier than expected.

Was hard at first to find the wire I needed thhn keeps changing to then,but found #2 copper thhn three colors thank you. Got my order two days later then said but it was bad weather not anyone's fault. The box how ever was taper all over but still was splitting at all corners wire was in good shape, thanks for caring about your customers Jay

An expected arrival date would have been nice. For $31.00 you should know immediately when I will receive my order.
