The web site indicated that the product I ordered usually ships the same day of order. I placed the order on 6/21/2019. The order was not shipped until 6/30/2019. This was after 2 phone calls to check on the status of the order and being told there was a problem somewhere in the shipping department. There was no other communication regarding the order. A company with decent customer service would have contacted me to let me know about the problem.

Ordered item was exactly the part needed, at a reasonable price; will consider Gordon in future. Local electrical repair shop needed a special size wrench and an impact tool to install, so self repair would have been impossible, but buying the part myself saved me their upcharge.
