Great customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong part. They immediately responded to my email and corrected my order.

I didn't want to pay the expensive shipping fees and other than the slow shipping process to arrive by standard shipping everything was good.

Gordon Electric Supply had the specific boxes that I needed. The local supply houses had to special order in that would've taken weeks. Quick turn around, will definitely use again.

Fast delivery, customer service reached out to let me know they had limited stock and couldn't ship everything I needed, along with a lead time of when they expected more stock in, which was greatly appreciated and gave me plenty of time to look for alternative options.

I placed an order for 2 items. I needed these parts for a project in a little over 2 weeks. There was no tracking numbers, no estimate on delivery dates. They arrived on the day they were needed for the project but i was expecting them a week earlier. I contacted them and no response. Definitely not ideal customer service. Id buy somewhere else next time.
