Most likely, your donated 20 dollar top is thrown into the salvage bin. So, instead pf charging say 299, a reasonable price, It's just thrown in w/ other tops and sold for pennies on the pound. I go to the Goodwill store in Onalaska, WI. It is a big place where I go, very clean, great staff, and lots of items to choose from. And when you buy at the Goodwill you are also helping others out. Great place to go.
