Programmed to keep you constantly feeding the game if you refuse to buy rubies. Ruby buying customers are given incentives and gifts which gives them total advantage over those players who dont. Game demands housing many soldiers to stay competitive, but prevents you from being able to feed them unless you buy rubies. I was sick for one day and operating at maximum food production and came back to all my soldiers dead. After only one day gone. I lost Soldiers it took me months to obtain (bc i wont buy them).

So this game is rigged for ruby buyers and punishes those who arent. If you play for free, the game will dictate all your time just to keep up with ruby buyers. Its programmed this way so you will tire and buy rubies. This game does notput all players on the same field of chance. Money spenders have an exponential advantage over those who dont.

I played good game empire with my brother over three years ago. However, I moved across America from the west coast to the east coast and wasn't able to log on for a few weeks and I logged back on and my account had been restarted. All my progress was gone. I don't know what happened, maybe I was attacked? I still don't understand why it restarted my account. The mission things or whatever they're called are impossible to complete. I tried several times and my account was deleted every time. Very bad games.

In the past i had really fun with this game ;) The game has really great graphics and animations but that's all. Now you can call it BUG FARM! Why? Because of many bugs after each update, the events are broken and they trying to fix it but they can't do it. (like hard worker event). Another thing yesterday they made a bug that selling something gived millions. Some players used this bug without knowing about this and they banned them. They said it''s players fault but next day after huge critic response from players they changed their mind and said it's their fault.
At the end i want say that the game goes in wrong direction and players are leaving and it's really sad what they done to this game.

Empire Four Kingdoms: they release patches before fully testing. Code is always buggy causing in game issues. Their policy is to not provide correction or restitution for their buggy code/game issues, but they will gladly keep take your money and refuse to refund. You will have to fight with google or your bank for refunds!
Submit a ticket to customer service/supprt: waiting 6 to 7 weeks, Customer service's answer is and always will be, "No, that... issue has not been reported and we do not have any issues". Yet the forums are riddle with compliants of... said issues. You provide customer service a direct link to the forums complaining of... said issue and customer service's response is, " No we do not have that problem, nothing in our Databases show any issues". You will not be provided a replacement for your in game lssue/losses!

After enough people have complained on the forums,... said issues are stated as known issues, blah. Blah. Blah. We are working on the issue. Yet customer service ignores ticket request when a form of reimbursement is asked for.

I could go on and on. Dont waste your money on this game.

Goodgame studios is CRAP.

BIG FARM GAEM: They dont care for the players, but just for their money. Any upgrades they do, anything that they do to enhance the gameplay or its performance, they serve one purpose: to grab your money. And they start, buy addicting you to this from the beginning. Stay away, or just play it for a little relaxation. Just that.

Game requires flash player, a lot of RAM, is very slow and buggy.
Customer support is useless.
Community is great.
Gameplay is very slow.
Higher levels require YEARS of playing to achive.
Game update on 16 August 2017. Made many players VERY unhappy.

Well I've been on bigfarm for years. Got into galaxy for years too. Galaxy they stopped supporting, which was actually a good thing. At least changes didn't foul everything up. We knew what we had. And I spent money on that one too. Then they just up and pulled the plug. Nothing like flushing your customer base.

Well now BigFarm just recently added a new feature. A ship yard. VERY expensive to upgrade ships however, money made from fish was profitable. Enough to pay for the other insanely overpriced items.
Well this week, without warning, we can no longer sell off fish. They introduced a market, which doesn't pay squat!

They also keep adding more and more competitive events. This is NOT a battle game. It started out a simple balancing game of farming. And yes, you could spend real money to buy "gold" to upgrade things. That's how they stay in business. However, they make it very easy to accidentally lose your gold, and will NEVER give it back. Requests for a lock of some kind have gone ignored for years. And now everything about this game really requires spending of gold. It's turned into nothing but a greedy money pit.

Would I recommend it to anyone? Not anymore. And if you do try it, keep your credit card FAR from the computer. Honest, it's not worth it. If you want to spend money on a game, buy a game, install it on your computer, they you know what you have and the rug won't be pulled out from under you.

I played this game for 29 months, and it just continued to get worse. Sometimes gold purchases steals your REAL money. This game will be toast soon, tons of players are leaving it. It is extremely buggy, and difficult to log in! The initial game concept was great until they introduced pay to play items that disqualified many players from advancing. I don't regret playing for so long, but I hope that a class action lawsuit for wire fraud pushes forward. Good game studios has failed over and over with attempts to make a decent game. The developers are inept and should be working at the DMV with the rest of the tards that "cant". After investing in entertainment and advancing they burst the bubble rendering your cash worthless. I would not recommend any game from this corrupt trash.

After 2 weeks and many emails about Big Farm, a reply to my missing 200% gold bonus appeared!
"Regarding your concerns about a 200% bonus, I have checked our records and have found that although there were offered available on your account at these times, there was no offer that had any gold bonuses." So in effect, Goodgames are saying that I am an idiot to think that a purchase of Gold plus 200% means that I was getting 200% more Gold?!
Goodgames never explained why the 200% wasn't related to the gold purchase nor what the 200% bonus actually meant?! Paypal are hopeless as they just send back an email saying they have reviewed my claim without any details of what they actually did or of any reply by Goodgames!? Obviously Paypal does not care what fraud Goodgames commits as long as they are getting their share of the money. To challenge their review you have to go through the whole process of another claim... their hope is that you give up!
I have wiped the game as a purchase with a 200% bonus means that I should be getting 3 items for the price of one... or has the meaning of 200% bonus changed over the years?
There is too much fraud on the internet and people running Paypal and Ebay give far too much protection to these fraudsters such as Goodgames!
