I bought last year (2022) a fairly expensive program from this company called NitroPro PDF.
After I bought the program my previous laptop crashed badly but I managed to salvage my hard drive which was then copied onto my present laptop.
I wrote a review earlier on a company called PCHelp Soft from which I bought 2 programs which caused my computer to crash and all of a sudden my NitroPro PDF program said it was a trial product and the trial had ended and I need a serial number to activate it.
I contacted the company and instead of simply sending me a serial number the company accessed my Paypal account without asking and without my permission and simply took funds from my account and bought for me the program which I already had.
I have since then sent numerous emails to the company asking for a refund but they simply ignore me.
The proof of payment of the 2022 payment and order are two emails which I will try and open and convert to an image but I am not sure if it will work.
