You need to stay away from this site! Everything they sell is a fake! On top of that it is a horrible fake weighting is wrong colors are wrong and they cannot even paint the clubs to look the same! They have given me the run around, and I cannot ever get them to send me a return address to ship them back! I have filed a dispute with the credit card company in regards to this matter and I am awaiting resolution, however they assure me that my money will be refunded to me! They also have many different names like uesgolf.com, golfclubs365.com so beware... My local golf pro showed me his spreadsheets on the Taylormade R11's and he pays around 550 for every set of taylormade R11 irons and he says that he gets the biggest discount from taylormade so if anyone has a better price than 10-15% about that price then you need to be weary! And this site is a fraudulent atrocity! I even contacted the FBI and they said that they would keep the complaint however $500 is not enough for them to pursue without numerous complaints! I hope this helps everyone!

I too purchased a Taylormade R-ll and after getting it home and hitting it I knew something was wrong, called the "no hassel return and they said that I positioned the club wrong when I used it therefore voiding the return policy: How do you position the club wrong when hitting a golf ball. I called taylormade and they confirmed that it is fake, and that they steal serial number and make them look real, but beware STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE DON'T BUY ANYTHING NOT EVEN IF IT IS FREE I REPEAT STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT FAKE

Folks
September 16, 2011

Folks --- this online store is very questionable. Bought a $259 R11 Taylormade driver from them --- driver arrived fine. I played 3 rounds with the club --- head started cracking at the front of the club head? Imagine my surprise. After 3 emails to service department which only answers emails (only way to contact them) one a day at 0600 EDT... I am no further ahead on getting a replacement --- they initially wanted me to ship club to china? Now they want $60 to ship the club back... didnt cost that much to ship it to me. They have now accused me of breaking the club? In my opinion these guys are not a legitimate store -- I have sent a description of the club and serial number to taylormade asking them to help with this matter because at this point I am not sure that its a knockoff - sadly i suspect it is... Bottom line - i have a broken club that the vendor GOLFSTORE365.com does not want to repair or honor the warranty they display on their web site... you have to get worried when you can't copy the warranty --- they block the copy function?

They sell fake clubs and then refuse to take them back. Their return policy is just as phoney as they are. My club was shipped and billed from China with no prior knowledge. It was a Ping and when I called Ping they acknowledged that it was not a legit club!.

Fake Fake Fake, They are "factory original" from China - Knock offs. And over priced considering they are fake. The service time is good and there are no additional fees for customs etc. So if you don"t care they are knock offs its maybe worth it.

BUT... if you are looking for the proper performance from your equipment don't waste your money.

I was so excited as I wanted the R11, it hit the real one and it was fantastic. About 255 yards average. It was an emotional buy and I did not do my homework on the site... so nobody to blame but myself. When it arrived I took it to the range and after the 2nd shot, something in the hot started to rattle AND almost every shot was slicing and only going 210 yards. I knew something was wrong... I took it to the golf shop and they confirmed so I bite the bullet and bought the real one. Now I'm back to a high fade and draw (at times) hitting the back net at 250.
Lesson learned...

Bought a PING G10
June 2, 2011

Bought a PING G10. Got the club and new right away it was a counterfeit. Called Ping and they verified it is Counterfeit. They do not honor their hassle free return and their customer service rep said I would be better off selling it on ebay. Do not buy!
