I was looking for a pair of golf shoes and came across golf discount having what I was looking for. I have never purchased shoes online before but on the top of their site it says "Shop With Confidence: Hassle Free Returns!" so I made a purchase. Unfortunately I did not like the fit of the shoes at all and called to do a return. The "hassle free returns" is a joke. They offered to provide a return label for fedex but unfortunately the nearest drop box is 70 miles away. I complained and asked to speak with a supervisor where I was told "I take calls like this every day, we have a lot of complaints with this policy but there is nothing else I can do, you can either use our return label or purchase your own", neither is hassle free. Not a good company to work with.
I bought on Monday a set of clubs with one day shipping. It is now Friday and they are still in the "processing stage" of the process and still haven't shipped. They have told me 3 days in a row that my clubs will be here andits been 4 days after paying for one day shipping. This place is scam
Hi everyone
After making payment to my order I received a confirmation email that said Order processing. The next day I read a review that said the shop might have closed... etc. I then tried to reach out to customer service that day via telephone and was unable to get through. That evening I received a email with tracking details for my parcel.
Thanks for the effort@ golfdiscount
Happy golfer

Ordered, paid extra for 2 day delivery. 4 days later no product, no email with tracking, no answer after 24 minute hold, no response to email asking for order status or tracking info.
I ordered 2 new clubs on Wednesday around 9AM. Because I wanted them for this weekend I paid extra for 2 day shipping. As of now it's Friday at 5:30 and they are still "processing"! Payment cleared my bank right away though. You would think that would be the end of processing. When they get paid. But no! Not sure when I'll see my clubs but don't waste your money on the faster shipping. Shipping will def not be fast!
Clubs dented within 2 months, to make matters worse golf discount refuses to replace, fix, or offer store value towards new set. Keep your money and purchase from a repeatable golf store!
I placed my initial order 2.5 weeks ago and was promised 2-3 day processing + shipping. No mention of delays due to COVID or anything else. 2 days later I got an email stating I ordered left handed wedges and right handed irons. That's awesome! They detected my error and wanted to fix it! Things went downhill from there. I received part of my order but not the clubs. Their tracking system only showed the shoes were delivered but no update on the clubs. I try to use chat but it's no longer available. So I call, which they said is available, only to receive an automated message that it is not. I then email with a promise of a response in 48 hours, but nothing for 4-5 days, except an automated response stating my request was sent after hours? I get my irons today, one is perfect is its shrink wrap while the other has been hit and has a plastic bag over the head with a rubber band. I'm sure when I try to return it they'll say I did it. The iron set is still not here. The automated email I got says Cobra has them on back order. I called Cobra directly and am told they're in stock. I'm over this company and quick.
Bad web site worst customer service
Guy on the phone was rude
Web site unable update shipping
Free $100 shipping not available if discounted item
Online assist not able to help
Bought a club from them, never used it... i mean never used and just didn't like the feel of this wedge. Asked for a refund several days after there 30 day policy based on delays from Covid-19 in responding to them and they denied giving a refund based on the policy. No compassion from this company even in hard times.
I ordered a 4 Taylormade SiM iron on a friday, and had golf that upcoming Monday. They offered free 2 day (a $15.99 charge) but I would have received it Tuesday, and the overnight was $25.99. So I asked their onsite chat service if I paid $10 with their 2 free day ($15.99) if they would overnight it. I waited about a minute and the representative said
"I'll tell you what we can do. We will overnight it to you so you will receive it by Monday, at no additional charge"
So I paid nothing extra for overnight shipping, and saved about $25 on my single iron purchase. I would highly recommend GolfDiscount to everyone and have been telling everyone I golf or talk golf with.
I placed an order that their order screen said it would ship free. The charge was still on the screen, I placed the order and figured I would call the next day. I did and was told it was an error and they would have IT look into it. Bottom line no free shipping. For $8.99 they would not refund for shipping, I canceled the order.

I'm a firm believer that a retailer or seller should deliver what they advertise. After dropping a small fortune with these guys and dealing with the frustration of receiving something different than what is pictured on their website, their only suggestion was to send the merchandise back, if unused, for a refund if not happy. Wow. No offer made to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of the customer! Amazing. Buyer beware.
I'll just start by saying I've had poor experiences with many companies but have never taken the time to write a review but this time I had to. First off, I received what was supposed to be a brand new Taylormade M2 driver but there was noticeable ball marks and the head wasn't covered in plastic like you would get if you bought a new driver from a store. A little disappointing but I really wanted to use the club for a tournament I had coming up, so I kept it anyway. I used it for two rounds and realized it wasn't the club for me (purchased a Callaway Rogue elsewhere, which WAS brand new). I was still in the 30-day window for what they call "Hassle Free Returns", but also saw there was a minimum 10% restocking fee for returning clubs used. OK but also weird as they sent me the club used in the first place. I printed out the return label, which they take $7.99 off your refund for, and sent it on its way. A week later I found out that I was only getting refunded 79% of what I paid, including S&H. I gave them a call to see why my refund wasn't what I assumed it would be and the representative told me that the minimum is 10% based on usage. They docked me 15% and they also don't reimburse shipping & handling ($12.99). When I told him, they sent me a used club to begin with he asked if I had reported it. I didn't, as before I was just excited to use it for the upcoming tournament. Throughout the whole conversation the representative was very abrasive and basically told me I was *&$% out of luck. Long story short, I ended up paying $65.98 between shipping and the restocking fee for a USED club. I will never buy another thing from this company.
They have great selection of clubs, but no deals on the prices. Can find same stuff locally and not pay shipping.
Bought a wedge from here. Shipping was in timelly manner. Got the product and packaging was very good too. If I need to order something they only have I will order again.
