I purchased products on 11/16/22, was told only form of payment they take is via Zelle. I paid $1500 and tried to pay the remaining $606 but my bank rejected thankfully. A day later I decided to request a refund, went back and forth with customer service and they said do not worry my refund will be returned within 7 business days. I checked in everyday and was told to be patient. I have yet to receive a refund and it is now 11/29/22, well past the 7 days told by customer service. The last two days none of my calls, emails or website chats have been answered. I did some research and the address being used by website https://golfcartsandparts.co/ is for another golf cart company which is at the address on website. The phone number on website is a Google calling service and I don't know if the email on site is any good.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!
I would provide provide any emails but was lied to about that as well.
