I placed my order about 8 days ago and have not received anything. About to dispute this charge the good thing is I do have an AM and there are real good with that there's better companies out there with better customer service

I don't even remember making a purchase from this company and they put me on AUTO DELIVERY - The last AUTO DELIVERY they claim I signed up for never arrived! I only realized I was on auto delivery when I received a package today and I called to see why I received it. That is when they informed me that I was on auto delivery since last year, and I NEVER RECEIVED a shipment from these people last year! Now I have to send back this package that I never ordered, and I have to wait for a resolution to the package they supposedly sent me last year that never arrived but STILL CHARGED ME FOR IT.

This company is in the botton 1% of internet company's. I bought a supplement that is sapossed to lower your blood pressure. I made sure it was not on an auto ship agreement. I get an email saying they are going to ship my next bottle soon. I immediately sent them a reply DO NOT SEND, DO NOT CHARGE MY ACCOUNT!. The next day they charger my account saying they already shipped it and I could get a refund in 3 weeks. I explained to them that this was all the money my husband (elderly) and myself had to buy food this week and all they could say was send it back and get a refund in 21 days. For 1 I dodn't sign up for auto ship, 2 When I was told they were going to ship it, I told them NOT to ship it and this was before they charged my account. 3 It takes them 3 weeks to send your money back that you told them not to take. This company does NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR ME! And their products don't help either. Stay away from this company!
