Food was Awful, my disabled 65 year old husband was attacked by a bull dog, at our table, our waitress then tells us there's nothing she can do, then we sat and watched her feed her dog from her plate. Now if Golden Corral wants to make this good, that is golden corral discression, this was very embarrassing to us, we spent $100 on 5 dinners, that we did not get to enjoy. We will leave the rest up to you. This restaurant is in Conway Ar.

My family and I went to Golden Corral last night which was 3/18/24 at the Horn Lake, MS location and the experience was horrible. I wouldn't even give it a star at all but I had to give it something. There wasn't much of a selection of food and what was there the food was very cold even the rolls. My children got desert and they said it was old. The marshmallows that my youngest had was hard. The server came to our table once and that was bring us drinks but we never seen her again. It definitely wasn't worth the $64 we spent there. We will not be going back there. The sad thing is that it wasn't even busy so there wasn't even an excuse for it to be like that.

Recently I ate at a Golden Corral location. I parked in a handicap space near entrance. When I was leaving. I backed out and received damage to my car. Due to the responsibility of the business to maintain their property. A bolt that holds the tire bumper down was approximately 4-6 inches above the bumper stop. It hooked my front bumper tearing it halfway off. I contacted the corporate office who is vicariously responsible by phone and email. They have not responded. I am asking for payment for damages since this is due to fault on their part. If my granddaughter or anyone had fallen on it, they could have had an eye impaled or died. I believe I am justified in my request and that the recompense is not significant.
