My order was scheduled to arrive 2 weeks ago and it's nowhere in site! Tracking said that it was delivered but I have yet to receive my items. I emailed them and they have not followed up, I've had to continuously reach out for "investigation" updates. I received a credit today. I did not pay with a credit, so why would you issue me a credit? And what in the world would make them think that I would EVER in life order with them again after such a terrible experience? They also informed me that if I "report it to my bank, I'll be marked as fraudulent in their system." LMAO. If you're going to flag anything as fraud, it needs to be your own business. So basically, you're taking my money and basically blocking me from ordering. Lol. First and very last time doing business with this trash company

Gojane has a really unique style of clothing. Even though I ordered the wrong size heels. I would suggest adding a shoe size chart, not all shoes are the same. Overall, excellent!

I love GoJane selection of clothes some items they have you dont see them on other clothing sites. Never had a problem with them.
I purchased some boots that were too small I returned them they told me its been past 30 days no refund no exchange policy... I can understand no refund but not to exchange is unethical then now I have to pay for shipping to receive my boots that are too small... I will never purchase anything from them
They used to be a great clothing site, lots of discounts and free shipping over 60. Now theyve almost turned into amiclubwear, you either get a coupon which doesnt offer much and you have to pay 11 bux shipping for 6 little tops. Why?

Horrible customer service and cheap clothing. GoJane has one waaaay downhill sending damaged clothing, cheap fabric, irregular and wrong sizing, items do not match pic or description or pictures. "Customer Service" refuses to help and gives you a runaround. BEWARE LADIES THEIR CLOTHING IS JUNK NOW AND CUSTOMER SERVICE MATCHES.
I've ordered a pair of sandals on July 11th & it is now August 26th and have yet to receive my package. I sent an email about not receiving my order, and they simply apologized and said they're going to work on tracking my order down because the computer says that I received my purchase... LIES! They know they never sent my merchandise... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
None of go Janes shoes are true to size. I usually wear a size 9 1/2 and I bought a shoe in size 10 and another in an 11 just to be safe and they were both wayyyyy to small. So disappointed because they were super cute shoes. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I made two fairly large separate orders from this website. Almost three weeks had passed and I still didn't have either of my packages. I only waited so long to give them the benefit of the doubt. After calling and explaining that I didn't get either package they didn't offer any help or consolation. If it had only been one package I didn't receive it would have made sense but both? I work minimum wage and I was like okay I'm gonna treat myself and drop a bill and didnt get any of my clothes. Worst website ever I'm pressed
Love GoJane! The complaints on here are ridiculous... Sure you have to pay for the shipping on anything you return, but if you do an exchange, they cover the cost. Most of these complaints are from people who just don't read... Never had a problem with customer service, they're just doing their job. Treat them with respect and you'll get respect and mutual understanding returned in kind. Go Jane Go!
This is the $#*!test website you can ever order from. They have the worst shoes and horrible customer service. I hope they shut this website down because they are just stealing customers money and sending out $#*!ty quality shoes. I hate them so much. I am a dissatisfied customer to the fullest.
I've been buying from gojane for about 6 years now, and I've never been disappointed. Yes I've ordered stuff that I may not like when it arrived or may have not fit like I want it to but that's the risk you take when ordering online on any site. However I've never been disappointed in gojane service. All of my orders have arrived correctly and on a timely matter as they stated. The clothing is not cheap like if you ordered from those china site. Their clothes is exactly like forever21. Decent quality and at a great price. I'm happy with them and will continue to order from them.
First of if you leave outside of the US do not purchase from this company, they would mess up your shipping then try to blame it on your government, when you try to return the parcel they would charge you a refusal fee. Customer service was extremely rude and shady,!
95 percent of stuff I buy is online and go Jane impressed me! Quality clothing and actually looks like it does on heir site.the stuff I bought has become stuff I love to wear and I am extremely picky! Also fast shipping!
