I purchased an conditioning unit in April. Everything was excellent. I also purchased the Sadie guard dog protection plan. In May I received a phone call less than one hour before my appointment. The Technician told me, that he wasn't going to be able to make it? Today June 30th. I had an appointment from 8-12 am. Nobody called, or came to my House. I called on Monday to verify appointment. Goettl spends a lot of money on advertising, of how wonderful of a company they are? Robert Virginia 3382 Eagle bend st LV NV *******.
DO NOT give this company your business, they simply do not care about their customers. It was all hugs and kisses with they were selling me the Concierge Package but that was the last time I received any customer service.
- First phone call in to dispatch was answered by an incredibly rude and unprofessional woman who really couldn't be bothered with helping me.
- I had a spring/summer AC rejuvenation scheduled for early March but had to cancel due to a family emergency. When I called to reschedule, I was told the first available appointment was in September. Keep in mind this is part of the Concierge Package I paid in advance for.
- Had a plumber come out in April to provide an estimate to install a new water heater and run a gas line to the pool heater. It took a month for the estimate to be emailed (I had to call and remind them) and still have not received the financing information I requested.
- Brought these grievances to the attention of a manager named Roscoe who assured me that as soon as we got off the phone dispatch would be calling me to schedule an appointment. Two days went by with no call and when I did call in to let him know, six days went by with no return call (I had to call him back).
- Roscoe then promised me the Plumbing Manager would be at my home on 08/30 at 1pm to straighten everything out. It is now 2pmno Plumbing Manager and no phone call. I took half a day off to be here.
This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced and sorry Goettl, a gift card to my favorite steak house will not fix this. You've lost a customer.
This was the most well-oiled machine construction project I have experienced to date. I waited a year for a Goettl and now I'm grateful to have one, albeit they are not inexpensive. Mr. Kenneth Goodrich holds all 114 AC patents and is putting into play 38 new trucks with the best trained technicians I have ever met. They bought back my dead old unit with a dead compressor, which helped. Their work ethic is off the charts stunningly outstanding. From those who answer the phone, on up the chain all the way to the CEO, I was treated as a VIP and watched that work ethic in action. It was well worth a year's wait to be a "family & friends" VIP--a true honor. Goettl is 10 stars regarding customer service--they could not be MORE customer-service oriented and they proved it to me in spades. When they saw I had a non-functioning garbage disposal, they installed a new "state of the art" one just because they wanted to do so. And I did not pay one cent for it. WOW is truly the only words that convey my true feelings regarding my entire Goettl system, from the CEO to the dedicated technicians, who are focused, drug tested, pass the Goettl tests and just do a stellar job in ALL aspects. I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs as well, including the maintenance of my water heater and the installation of two toilets. I cannot go wrong with Goettl. So my review is a 10 STAR review and I will stand by these words. You get all new things HVAC, including a Smart Thermostat, which my Electric Company refuses to provide the $75.00 rebate as they will do it for only two brands. They don't care that the thermostat is ENERGY STAR and they are ignorant. Going forward, I will ignore them. I have lost all respect for them, but I have all the respect in the world for Mr. Kenneth D. Goodrich, his dog Sadie who picks his technicians and for the sales people and especially those in the field who don't even break for lunch. If you want the Rolls Royce of all things HVAC, go with Goettl. You cannot go wrong. His father started the company in 1939 and they are thriving, as they should for everything I have experienced with Goettl. If they do it, I will always use them for all my future HVAC and plumbing needs. I cannot recommend Goettl more highly than I already have done. So, get in line and get yourself a Goettl System. You won't believe how clean they are and how well you are treated. That is how I feel about Goettl Air Conditioning and all it's CEO, salespeople, word-class technicians and especially those doing all the work. TEN STARS FOR GOETTL! No one on this planet can match the skills and generosity of the Goettl Air Conditioning Group. Cordially, a happy new Goettl owner!

Yes, the commercials are catchy, but Kenneth D. Goodrich is the REAL DEAL. Or, I would not have spent up to $13,000.00; they actually were willing to waive most of or to allow me a year to pay it interest free. I paid in full and am happy to have done so... I am posting this review on YELP and GOOGLE and Twitter and any place else I can! I trust Goettl and Mr. Kenneth D. Goodrich, Roscoe, Shane and all the technicians who worked for days to get me my Goettl.
Yes, they DID reschedule once. They had computer issues. For that, I am NOT changing my review to make it negative. It all worked out for me.
I am a real person and NOTHING at all is fake here. Kaylie was murdered and I am not at liberty to explain any of the details of her death as I signed a legal "Confidentiality Agreement" about my child's death, and I honor my contracts.

Answer: We bought a service agreement and never had to buy anything. They do bi-annual service checks that are covered per the agreement, we paid nothing. I have never had problem with them.
