Application was easy to fill out and response was quick. However, I was denied with a 716 credit score. My credit is good and my accounts have been in good standing since 2017, I have solid employment with the same company since 2021, and I have funds and equity to support the item I need and desire to finance. So the generic reasons provided as to why I was not approved is disappointing, which is the reason for 2 stars.
Overall, the application process was smooth and straightforward. My only complaint, was that after it was submitted, other than the reference number, I did not receive any confirmation. An email confirmation would have been very helpful.
