Still not sure if these are chat bots or operators in a call center. The replies are vague at best. Every reply is blocked unless you pay. Pay to send pay to open. I know I will be moving on from here as this is a total waste of money. Chats shoukd be unlimited and free. I get the gifts but it is not wanted or needed.

The experience within the app is great however if it is unsustainably expensive makes it very difficult to work through the massive numbers of ladies to find the one,
Text chat should be free lall the extras you have also as paid services would still add up significantly and the experience would be better for all involved, just as side note my credit card because of the cost also has you flagged as a fraudulent transaction
