I got my order, great use. It provides a good, clean feel. Bought in 2021. Toothpaste buildup over time in the brush head area is a con as well.
Subscription automatic order is slow and delayed sometimes. This is another inconvenience.
My toothbrush battery handle stopped working after 2 years, so I qualify for a warranty and they did not respond to my request for it. It's been a month of calling and emailing with no answer. Worst customer service tbh. No one answers or helps you the entire time.
This toothbrush does not even make the top-rated toothbrush handle FYI. I will be buying another one that made the top-rated articles and Forbes list!
Company will charge you immediately for replacement brush heads, then won't send them. They'll tell you they're experiencing a delay in shipping, but they'll be delivered soon. It has been 7 months since I last received my order. Do not order from this company. Go on their trustpilot page and social media - so many unhappy people who were scammed.
