I am on a pay-as-you-go plan with Go, and this has been one of the most frustrating and incompetent customer service experiences I've ever had.

While travelling, my physical SIM suddenly stopped working. I contacted Go support to migrate from a physical SIM to an eSIM and was explicitly told by one support agent that this could be done remotely. I was instructed to upload my passport, complete verification, and everything would be sorted online.

I followed their instructions and completed the verification.

When I contacted support again, I was connected to a different agent — Ken — who flatly contradicted everything I had previously been told. He insisted that eSIM migration is impossible online, that I must appear in person, and that payment can only be made physically. In the 21st century, being told that a basic SIM migration and payment cannot be handled online is simply absurd.

I explained that I am abroad for several months and relied on the information provided by Go's own support. Instead of helping, escalating, or even attempting to find a solution, Ken showed zero professionalism, zero empathy, and zero willingness to assist. He was dismissive, unhelpful, and effectively did nothing.

I use SIMs from multiple mobile operators across different countries. Go is, without exaggeration, the worst I have ever dealt with. Inconsistent information, outdated processes, and a complete lack of customer care.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Entirely out of order. Avoid if you value your time or expect even basic support.
