This company does not care about it's user base nor overall satisfaction. Support e-mails go without response and the software does NOT work as described. It claims to do things that it is not capable of doing, if it does successfully accomplish anything it does not do it for long.
True waste of money, price keeps going up, quality is just as garbage. Avoid and beware, now they are trying to sell their ratings on here by offering free VIP memberships to those who positively review them.

(P.S. The VIP membership is completely and utterly useless.)

I had faith after their revival from early 2017 when they lost developer support for their bots that they would have a better business model in place but I was mistaken.

EDIT: I was an active Discord member throughout my entire usage of this bot. It was not helpful when the software itself was unable to accomplish what it was supposed to do. I was also a CloudPC user the entire time there, so it had nothing to do with my hardware etc.

EDIT2: Posting my personal details in public without my consent is immature and a pathetic show of your customer service skills. You need to remove my personal information from your comment immediately. You have never tried to contact me at my address, all e-mails or even Discord until today. Please update your information and remove all my personal details from your systems and your comments on third party websites. This is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I spent $20 for VIP access only to realize that their beta version KingsBot for Clash of Kings doesn't actually work and hasn't worked since it was released half a year ago. I suspect that all they're doing is increasing the version number and asking users to keep waiting for the next version to fix things. But that working version will never arrive.

They're basically running a bait-and-switch tactic. Instead of actually getting anything, you only get access to the forums where you will wait forever for a working product to never be released. In addition, it costs $50 a month to actually get a license of their older version, which also doesn't really work and gets flagged as malware by my AV. Half of the VIP forum threads are about the clients being broken.

The setup is incredibly difficult and probably doesn't work on most PCs. Of course, they don't even list the PC requirements anywhere. After 10 hours of fiddling around after disabling my AV (which is very dumb), I've given up getting the bots to do anything useful.

There are no returns. Just stay away from this scam.
