I had a great experience with Glyde! Their site was easy to navigate, my item sold quickly (as promised), and the payment was secure and fast.
If I had two (small) critiques, the mandatory twenty-four hour turnaround for shipping your item to the buyer poses a bit of a challenge for those with a busy schedule and may be a little less understanding than other websites that allow 5-7 business days, and the buyer's address was incorrect on the pre-prepared shipping label, therefore delaying payment.
Overall, the experience with Glyde was GREAT, comes highly recommended for me, and I would sell through them again! They make selling old electronics a no-brainer!
Glyde made things easy and fast; many competitors advertise unreasonably high prices you can get for your phone, but Glyde provides helpful feedback about what you can realistically expect; based on Glyde recommendations, I have sold my third iPhone --- each sale happened within 24 hours; I just shipped the phone in the box provided and got paid within a few days

Very easy transaction. I was a little worried when I noticed that my device was shipping directly to the receiver, but there were no problems or kinks. Money was delivered when promised and transferred with ease into my checking account.
We ordered a Nexus Tab and the seller changed their mind about selling the item. That was only after four days of waiting on shipping information and contacting them via email. (Which, by the way, screams take your business elsewhere. If you can't talk to someone directly at a company they have a lot to hide.) They then offered us another Nexus Tab at the same price and stated that it would ship right away. Three days later, again no shipping info, we contacted them again via email and once again we got the same response: the seller decided not to sell. We canceled the order and purchased the same tablet from Amazon. This site is a total scam. I would give it no stars if that was ppossible. Bottom line: Purchase elsewhere.
I ordered an ipad before finding this site. Emailed them asking what their guarantee is the product is not defective, will not fail after their 48 hour guarantee, but there is no guarantee. I figured since I'd already made the purchase, I'd see how it turned out, only to find my credit card had been charged and immediately after, refunded with an error message. Rather than follow up, I decided to go elsewhere and purchased one from a friend-recommended sight that does check their apple products and offers a 90 day guarantee. The glyde ipad may have been ok, but it may not have been, there was no way to know beforehand, and since they couldn't handle the payment transaction, it wasn't a good indicator.
Glyde makes buying and selling very easy with their postage-paid shipping packages.
I've been using Glyde for years, and so far they have never disappointed me.
I am very pleased with my Gylde experiences.The process is perfectly efficient from setting up a device to sell to getting to providing the shipping containers and documents to moving the money into my bank account account. I am surprised and pleased by the accuracy of the shipping notices. Finally, Gylde keeps track of market prices for devices that haven't sold, and suggests new prices to help them get sold.
Great deals on games and easiest place with large customer base to sell games at a good value
I think the whole thing is a scam. The item I sent to the buyer was in it's original packaging including the screen protector for the display. No scratches, dings or nicks. The buyer sends it back stating it wasn't in good condition. I believe what they are really looking for is the seller's personal info. And when it has been properly reset to factory condition there is nothing to be gained by the purchaser so they give some bogus excuse and send it back.
Loved the experience, was very easy to put our iPhone 4S for sale and sold it in a matter of days. On top of that they handled all of the technical stuff throughout the whole process, was a really great experience.

Good luck on contacting Glyde.com when they haven't sent you the correct amount of bitcoin/money for your sale in the timeframe stated on their website.
Don't know about you but I'm done with Glyde.com. Selling on Amazon.com is much safer and more reliable.
