Most of Karina's recipes are based on ingredients like sorghum, rice and other gluten-free substitutes like these. If you have problems with starches, this isn't the right site for you. Most of her recipes are also vegan and use egg-replacer for those who are intolerant to eggs. I have gotten some amazing recipes from her site, including pumpkin bread that was to die for, muffins that I love and more.
