Globe Life Insurance

For one month I've been waiting for a surrender check…I'm getting lied to and danced on every call. If you do business with this company you need therapy!

I wouldn't recommend Globe Life Insurance. When you send all the documents required they'll request for more documents that's impossible to retrieve. It's sad that you trust a company but when the time comes as beneficiary to receive funds they do not want to release it at all. I was the beneficiary but the individual who signed off on the death certificate which was a cousin Globe life wants them want to sign documents. Why? It has nothing to do with the beneficiary because the individual trusted me and that's the reason why I was signed. I hate to say when it comes to African Americans receiving a payout. It's truly hard and most likely you won't receive it.

GLOBE LIFE INSURANCE Beware of this company they give you the runaround. I had insurance over two years and my son passed away 21 January 2023.
The Funeral home contact the insurance company and sent everything that the insurance company needed it so I can get my son buried. I called several times they kept giving me to run around saying they have never received the death certificate. Then finally they said they mailed out a check December 13 it got approved and now today I have not received a payment. They told me 7 to 10 days. Then I called today on the 27th they say it all depends on how long it take mail to get to you. It's coming from Texas I have a son is in the Air Force that he was sending mail from Texas to Florida I didn't take seven days this is ridiculous they don't want to make payments.
But I have received other things from global life about me getting more insurance but I have not yet received a check for my policy and they have not yet paid the funeral home when I bury my son on the Feb. 4th 2023. I have the funeral home requesting that I pay them because of global life have not paid The funeral home, ever time you call they don't be honest with you one person tell you one thing and then someone else I will tell you a whole different thing this is ridiculous. It wasn't a problem when they were taking the money out of my account every month but when a tragedy happened they don't want to pay out on their policies and leave the family with a bunch of bills. I'm going to contact the news because they cannot keep on ripping the customers off this is not good for business.

I am convinced the Globe Life Company is lost. I've made seven calls to Globe Life in regards to contracting and product education. It seems that the employees of Globe Life do not understand what the company does. Does anyone at Globe Life understand where their paychecks come from? Just continue to provide the same level of service and you will soon know where your checks were coming from.

I go notice I missed a payment. After 25 minutes holding no one answers. Went to web sight to pay they won't let me just pay the one payment hey want three payments. Still trying to get someone on there web sight to answer me. I hate company's who take your money and there customer service sucks. I don't like being held hostage being made to pay three months because something happened to one month. How crappy can you treat a customer who has not been late in years? If I had known they would be like this I would have never. How hard will it be for family to collect when I am dead. I suggest getting your own personal contact with insurance company's or don't use them.

I have been with Globe Life Insurance since 1986. They have these young people in the office that do not know how to do their jobs. There are these new young managers that don't know their jobs. They have messed up my account after all these years. They had these young folks taking money from my insurance doing one thing and now they say it is not correct. They don't know what they are doing except taking people money and then asking for mrs money. Will someone please look into Globe Life Insurance.
