My daughter crashed the bike when the chain broke and got hung up in the sprocket and I thought I was out an E bike. I got in touch with the good folks at Glaretech and they sent me another sprocket no questions asked and I am in the process of trying to put it on. There's one thing about it and if you need a part they will take care of you. I love the e bike i bought and it will move on down the road. Thanks Glaretech!
