Amazingly efficient service for a custom-made dress, with regular progress updates and faster than predicted delivery. The quality of the dressmaking is good, well-cut with strong seams. My only gripe is that the length was not as I imagined - I gave the measurements and the dress trailed along the floor. At least it was too long rather than too short, so easily remedied.

It was very easy to order from glamlora, we opted for a custom made dress so submitted my daughter's measurements. They emailed very quickly requesting a few more measurements and double checking my previous measurements and asked what the event we needed the dress for and when the event was. All in all her dress came within 10 days and it was perfect, so well made. My daughter was over the moon with it.

Return policy is a rip off, need to make it better.
If not, you would definitely lose customers

Ordered 2 custom sized dresses arrived supersized in bodices, small in armpit and short sleeves ( height sent was 182cm - can have short arms).Both dresses came back different sizes to each other despite custom measure. Arrived late despite paying for faster turn around and multiple email, (1 dress made, please be patient, busy etc etc) Took to dressmaker to fix paid $300 to almosr remake again. After many emails and after dresses were remade that asked for photos of dresses before remake. I sent them photos of the scrap material that was cut away. Offered me a discount on postage. What a joke! Avoid at all cost

I bought this for my important day and was a little suspicious about the quality because of the price at first but I was very surprised as soon as this dress arrived. It's a gorgeous satin gown that fit perfectly and was so comfortable! This dress is absolutely worth every penny and I received so many compliments. One of the top things I wanted to make sure of for my wedding day was spend reasonable money on an outfit I'll only wear once and still look wonderful and this dress made this come true. Recommend 100%

Love Glamlora! Easy to browse catalog, wide variety of styles, colors and sizes. Ordered four dresses for my sisters wedding. One matron of honor, two junior bridesmaids, and mother of the bride dress. They were BEAUTIFUL! We received so many compliments- but they best part is they were comfortable to move around in.
