I purchased a Maison Francis Kurkdjian fragrance from Gift Express and what I received was a counterfeit. The box had a batch code, but the bottle had none — something every authentic fragrance includes as industry standard. The sticker design and lettering were wrong, and the QR code didn't link to the brand site (it only showed a random number). The fragrance smelled alcohol-heavy and nothing like my authentic bottle from Bloomingdale's, which I compared side by side. After researching further, I found that every authentic fragrance I own (Burberry, Carolina Herrera, Prada, YSL) has matching codes on both box and bottle. The one from Gift Express was the only one missing this, making it clearly fake. I have attached an image on a real 200ml bottle, you can see the batch code is laser etched onto the bottom. Check any fragrance you have, it doesn't matter the brand, you will see that there is a batch code at the bottom. This is extremely concerning because it suggests that many buyers may be getting counterfeit products. I strongly recommend avoiding Gift Express and only purchasing fragrances from authorized retailers.

Ordered product on 7-5. On the website is says 3-7 days ground shipping. It is now 7-15 with no order tracking. I call them up they say it is shipped and will arrive on the 7-18. After calling them and explaining this they act like they are the victim in this. Still have not received any conformation by email it has shipped at all. The phone number leads to a call center with people that don't even care and interrupt me when I was talking. This company is bogus I won't purchase from them again. Date of experience: July 05,2025

Scammy Company – Fake Tracking, No Product, Zero Accountability Do NOT waste your time or money with Gift Express. This company is a complete scam. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and still haven't received a single thing. They sent me fake tracking information that never updated or led anywhere. Every time I contacted customer service, I was told to "wait 24 to 48 hours." I've heard that excuse at least 5 times now, and absolutely nothing has been resolved. Their website claims shipping in 3–5 business days—that's a flat-out lie. It's been nearly a month with no package, no refund, and no real help. I even asked for my money back, and they still gave me the same 24–48 hour delay story. Terrible customer service, dishonest business practices, and no accountability. If you're considering buying from them—don't. This has been a huge headache and a complete waste of money.

They give me a tracking number of ups but it show no infor, no delivered, no answer when i contact.

No updates till past-due. Then was hung up on still no package. Will miss Christmas now very disappointed so far with interaction.

If you doesn't want to get any headache or stress avoid this guys. Avoid them! Not reliable, not trustable absolutely! I was their customer for a long time and never met such kind of unprofessional working. It's better to buy from another sellers. ONE MORE TIME: AVOID!

They fail to credit my points and they ignore my emails when brought to their attention. Awful customer service for phone and non-existent for email...

DO NOT give your banking information to the scamming company called Gift Express!. I just had a brand new credit card account drained by fraudulent charges to a parking facility in New York.!. BEWARE THESE ARE SCAMMERS BASED IN INDIA!... READ THE TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS OF PEOPLE HAVING THEIR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SCAMMED AFTER DEALING WITH THESE THIEVES. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Purchased 3.6 oz bottle of Armaf Club De Nuit on 1-4-23, sprayed it 2-3 times, fake, non-authentic cologne, called them on 1-6-23 to report issue, and was given the run around, told to email with pics which I did, and that someone would reply to me with 24-48hrs, and they never did...72 hrs later on 1-9-23 I called them again and was told that they would get back with me with instructions on return for refund...no one ever did...had to report to my Visa credit card of purchase and opened up a disputed claim against them.awaiting resolvement...won't ever buy from them...and you shouldn't either...buy from Fragrancex.com or Fragrancenet.com they are completely legit and trustworthy...easy to work with on returns/refunds;

You guys f'ed up my order. I never got it and i got tiered going in between GiftExpress and USPS.
I guess my biggest mistake that i placed order with you.
Fake company and feel very bad that this has been run by Indians.
