I sent in a gift card worth over 1000 dollars for payout on July 4th, 2025. Despite it being almost two months, I have yet to receive any payout. I have been given the run around and told they will let me know when there is any update. My order status is still pending, and all my gift card funds have already been used. The site promises payouts of no longer than 15 days and it has been much longer than that. Do to use this site or trust them.

On July 20,2025, I sold Best Buy gift cards to GiftCash valued at $1,007.25. Their stated policy promises payment within 5–15 days. Today is day 15, and I have not received payment. I have contacted the company multiple times for updates, but the replies have been generic and repetitive, without a clear date for payment. Recently, I was told there is "no time frame" for when I will be paid, which contradicts their own policy. I have now filed a BBB complaint and will update this review if payment is received. Update – August 11,2025:
GiftCash publicly replied here asking for my order number so they can "assist promptly." I have now sent my order number and transaction details to them privately via email to avoid posting it publicly. I hope this means my payment will be processed without further delay, and I will update again to confirm once resolved. Update – Aug 12 After my review went live, GiftCash asked for my name, email, and order number through Trustpilot — information I had already provided directly via their website the day before. I sent them the details again through Trustpilot's secure form to ensure they had everything needed to resolve this. As of today, there has still been no payment or concrete resolution, despite having all my information. I will continue to update this review until the issue is fully resolved.

Loved the crypto option. Holds up against major competitors- offering greater selection of gift cards. Very pleased and looking forward to future business.
