I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers should be aware of my experience.

After successfully purchasing £100 of the correct gift vouchers, I accidentally ordered the wrong £300 digital voucher just a few minutes later due to what appeared to be an issue during checkout. I noticed the mistake immediately and contacted customer services before the voucher had been used, asking if it could simply be exchanged for the correct voucher.

Unfortunately, every response focused on their cancellation policy rather than the actual issue I had raised. Despite explaining that this was a genuine ordering error and not a change of mind, no effort appeared to be made to investigate or offer a practical solution.

What disappointed me most was the complete lack of flexibility. The voucher remained unused, yet there was no willingness to exchange it for the correct product of the same value.

As a business, we purchase gift cards for employee referral and reward schemes and had planned to continue using this company. Sadly, based on the way this matter has been handled, we will now be taking our business elsewhere.

To add to the disappointment, most of the communication took place via Instagram, and after submitting a formal complaint by email, I received no further response. I expected a far more professional approach, particularly for a dispute involving £300.

A genuine mistake, reported immediately, was met with template replies and then silence. That is not the level of customer service I expect from a company handling high-value transactions.
