Having a hail claim

Having a hail clam on your vehicle with Geico is very painfull. They don't take care of the customer its back and forth with the customer as a middle man nothing smooth at all. I just want truck fixed no? Asked no go 80 miles to our shop which is not leagle to ask of a customer. The shops quoit is 4600 they want to pay 3000 when there is a 500$ deductable cut rate $#*! car insurance companie. Go somewhere they take care of you been with them 7 years and the last two have been trouble.
