We don't recommend booking through them. We booked our Louvre tour before leaving New Zealand. My husband's credit card expired in the meantime and he tried to update our booking with his new card details. We tried updating via their website and app but their system wouldn't accept it. He rang them three times. Finally he was told - on a Friday with our tour the next day - to get a letter from our NZ bank confirming he had a new credit card! This seemed an unnecessary step and the timeframe was impossible. We tried to visit their office - we knew this was our only chance to see the Louvre as NZ is a long and expensive trip away, so we went to a lot of trouble to sort this out. In contrast, we felt Get Your Guide made no effort at all to help sort this out - their office was closed. We turned up on the day to find our tickets had been cancelled and re-sold to someone else. This was very upsetting and we were hugely disappointed. We have received no apology! And worst of all, of course, we never got to see this iconic museum. Very shabby treatment of customers and very poor customer service.

Do Not Trust this sight. Scammers! Will cancel your tickets without warning and not notify you. Will not answer your calls and resolve your issues. Buyer Beware! I was ledt without Disney Tickets for New Year's Eve and I still had not received a call regarding my matter…no one from this company will reach out to you to address any issues u experience! Stay away!
