DO NOT order anything from this sorry company. I ordered a part a month ago and they could not get it. It's been 7 days now and they have not given me a refund they owe. Terrible service would not recommend this company at all.
Asked for refund on unopened item and said no even though they still sell the same item through their website
Sorry. The rest of the story is that this order is from over 90 days ago. Our return policy is 30 days. If it were within that or even close, returns are not an issue :)
NEVER AGAIN, NEEDED A 1" CONDUIT PLUG FOR OUR LIGHT NICHE AND IT STILL NEVER CAME, ALMOST TWO WEEKS IN... WE HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED THE JOB. Pros- They had exactly what I wanted. Price was right & Shipping was fast.
Cons- Had to take a change that what I ordered was the right size as there were no dimensions listed with the item and no phone number. I got lucky though.
Don't mistake and buy the wrong thing and have to return it. They will charge you a ridiculous shipping fee for having to return the item. Read the fine print because they also charge you a restocking fee. I shipped the item back for half the cost of their fee. Try and call them, oh wait they don't take phone calls. Wont be doing business with them again in the future.
Hello, as we replied in your emails, your order qualified for free shipping, and shipped that way. It is not uncommon practice that a company recuperates the outbound shipping when an item is returned. We also explained that we shipped the order insured with Fedex and did not send it as you returned it through the postal service. As well, we also advised you that you were not assessed with a return fee, just the actual shipping was deducted from the part we issued credit on. All of this is not hidden on our site, but clearly explained on our return page. As for customer service via the phone, we just checked out history and every email that we have received was replied to within 2-20 minutes. We are indeed sorry that you feel this way.
I'm usually an Amazon gal but these pool sweep bags are expensive. After extensive research these guys had the best price and even with shipping couldn't beat anyone else. My new bag was here is 48 hours and the pool cleaned up within hours. Will definitely use this co. Again.

Hi, this is not entirely true at all, sorry, Your order was placed at 1:32pm on 07/13/20, at 2:01pm same day, we notified you of an error with out inventory and the item was not available for immediate shipment. We did not receive a reply, so we emailed a reminder on 07/14/20 at 6:46am, still no reply. We sent a final reminder at 7:10 am on 07/15/20 and received a response that day at 8:14 am requesting the order be canceled. We replied at 8:15 am, one minute later, that same day advising you that we did cancel the order. The true part is you refund has not hit your card yet, 6 days later, and we are working with our payment processor to understand why as the refund shows complete on our end at July 15,2020 at 8:15:11 AM EDT. We surely understand you are not happy about this, and we are sorry, but we needed to clear up the timeline for accuracy
