The one company you can't get a human at is GetHuman.com. Oh the irony.
I tried to use GetHuman.com to contact the IRS, and to contact UPS. In both cases the call never went through. The only result was a bevy of followup email asking me if IRS or UPS resolved my issue, and leaving silent the question of if GetHuman.com worked.
I eventually called both direct, and got humans.
Then I tried PayPal. The site counted down from 40 to 6 minutes, and then nothing. Never worked for me.
Wonderful for Medical Peers. Offers ability for physicians to put return number of office on return calls to patients rather than give out cell phone number, CME, free fax for sending HIPPA compliant Faxes of medical records.
They were very helpful and helped quickly. Very reliable.One phone call spoke for about 30 minutes then figured out the issue was not my thermostat it was an issue that Honeywell was having. Once they fixed there issue the thermostat was fixed.

You need to make Get Human more visible. I was about ready to cancel everything because I was dealing with a computer which couldn't understand my problem. I decided to try one hast time, and was finally able to talk with a person who was able to explain to me what I needed to do. You shouldn't let people sign up without knowing about the need for a Rocu. I was lead to believe that all I needed was a Smart TV which is not the right answer. Only some Smart TVs can receive the streaming. Thus the problem was not the help I received from Get Human, but the inability to find it.
When you get to talk to a human that actually understands what you are going through and tries to help correct the problem you don't get so frustrated.
I'm trying to *urgently* get A human at GetHuman with no response. It's the reason they're in business to contact companies but you can't reach them at all. Business model huge FAIL! Do not use!
The developers of GetHuman have most definitely found a need and are doing a great job of meeting it. Lots of enterprises, and governmental agencies, appear to make a concerted effort to avoid direct contact with their customers by failing to provide a highly visible, easily locatable method to reach an effective customer service agent by phone, fax, email and location address. Finding GetHuman was a boon to all of us frustrated by Big Company's lack of transparency and first line of helpfulness to its customers. Great and much appreciated detective work. Keep up the good work.
Been using to assist with Roku issue. Promised the world and got little help except to say if i pay them, they will try to help. Not useful at all.

I used GetHuman twice today for the first time for an answer to questions I had for two separate businesses. I was able to get my answers without having to go through the endless amount of automated options that I knew were not likely to be able to provide the info. That would answer my questions because they were able to get me straight to a real person.The second business I wanted to contact, I was able to avoid a lengthy time waiting on hold because with GetHuman I was given the option of having them call me back when my turn finally came up. I thought GetHuman was great and would recommend them to anybody who hates automated systems and lengthy waits on hold. Valerie H.
