It was a bit long of a process but it was worth it, Nick, Danny and the team at getarate mortgage did an excellent job.

Good loan product. Relativity clear on what documents were needed, although that process could have been smoother. It would have been easier if all documents needed were identified at the outset, rather than multiple follow up emails regarding additional documents.

Shirley was very helpful, but as for Kelly! She was rude and very disorganized.

Danny was excellent. He answered all our questions (and they were a lot). Not once did he seem irritated or never told us "I don't know". He always promised us an answer even if he had to get back to us. He has excellent people skills and is very knowledgeable.

Excellent service

Joe was very helpful and very professional all the time. Our loan was very complicated due to the fact that we had three people on the loan so it took a little longer then first anticipated, but Joe was always was very accessible when ever we had questions. I feel Joe goes out of his way to please his clients. He even came to my home to do paper work later at night.I think he puts his all into his job.
