We purchased 3 units in May, It arrived in early June and we opened 2 of the 3 units. The product just does not work and its false advertising. Foremost the battery charge does not last more than 40 mins. The advertisement claims it should work for two hours fully charged. It then takes hours to charge the unit. One unit has trapped exactly 4 mosquitoes and 3 mosquitoes and a moth in the other. Yesterday, one of the units stopped working.
We contacted the customer service via email (*******@myzappify.com) and asked to return the product as it just does not work as advertised and is useless. We were told that we are past our 30 day warranty. They have not responded on the replacement for the unit that doesnt work. Read the fine print before purchasing.
The product is substandard and honestly crap. The advertising is false. Dont get scammed. And its exactly that, a scam.
