It is very sharp! Its stainless blade is of excellent quality, you'll never go wrong with it. Handle is from hardwood. Very nice, I am pleased.

This knife is amazing! I was a bit worried about the design because I hold my knife higher up on the handle. But I'm so glad it's ergonomic, it fits perfectly in my hand. Beautiful and retains its sharp edge. I would recommend 100%.

I like this stainless steel Japanese inspired knife from Huusk. Very useful, the cleaver has a perfect weight, it's sharp and very convenient since it is much easier to chop through hard stuff. Very happy with this purchase.

Great knife, has good weight in the handle but very balanced. Just got them so I haven't had to work on the edges too much, but the steel feels great. A perfect piece for those looking to get started. They were delivered a couple of days early and were packaged very well.
