Physical therapy did something to my neck in December 16 2021 and had to have emergency surgery on January 14 2022 and 2 more after that and still have problems with my hands and cannot work still! Have reached out to them by phone and also email with no response so I'm stuck with thousands of bills and not making any money and no one want to take a medical case. My main contact was Paddy Attaway l feel like it's their responsibility to pay my bills for something they did. I ruined my credit rating because of collections too! Also broke my rt big toes 2 times and was told because of my neck, because of the way I was walking. I had front and rear neck surgery.
