I paid a $500 deposit for a tour to Glasgow, Scotland that was to take place in September 2025. When Genealogy Tours of Scotland cancelled it because they did not get enough registrants, they refused to give me a full refund. Originally they withheld 39% but after much heated email discussion this was reduced to 20%. They referred me to the "Refund Policy" which did not exist anywhere. I expected to find it on their website. They even said that they were not a tour company even though their name clearly says they are. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
