I bought several mugs with pictures of our departed cats. They had pictures on both sides of the mugs. On the last order, they had a picture on only one side and it was on the back side. If you are right handed and hold the mug in your right hand, the picture was on the back. The lady I contacted in customer service offered no help, no refund, no replacement, so GearBubble has lost a return customer.

I bought a mug from GearBubble, for my best friend's birthday. She absolutely loved it. The mugs had a pic of two girls with our color hair and said we will be BFF until we are old and wrinkled. GearBubble is the best. They do quality work at a great price! The customer service is outstanding! Fast and proper shipping. I will be ordering more products in the near future.

I had purchased a mug from GearBubble and was very pleased with it and gave the purchase 5 stars. I just received my second item, supposedly a bracelet that says 'Dog Rescue Mom' - what a disappointment. The item looks cheap, and could not possibly fit an adult wrist. It only measures 2 1/2 inches across. It's not worth half the $16 I paid for it.

Ordered a printed coffee mug, It came quickly, It was well packaged and it has held up very well. No issues whatsoever with the product or the company.

I ordered a personalized mug for my husband for Christmas with a cute saying on it about our dog. It arrived within a week and was exactly as the preview showed. I hope I can wait until Christmas to give it to hubby, it's so adorable. This is a guy who is never far from his little buddy dog, Tre', and I predict it will become his favorite mug!
