I ordered the best friend mug. I received the wrong mug. I went to your web site to report this and to ask how to send it back. I received an apology and was told the correct mug would be sent to me in 7 to 10 business days, I was also told not to worry about returning the wrong mug. In about 5 days I received the correct mug. It was beautiful, just like the picture. I'm happy with it as my best friend will be when she gets it at Christmas.

I ordered these two mugs and i got sent the wrong ones. It wasn't even my dog. It took me awhile to get the credit back because you couldn't send me the right ones. I don't know why! However, every tee shirt i have ordered from you has been beautiful and true to size. I love the tribute shirts. I lost my son and husband and i have 6 different tee shirts that i ordered. I just want everyone to know that the necklace that I ordered was on time as they said and it was for my daughter so when I gave it to her she was at work and she screamed so loud that all the employees came to see what was wrong and she was crying and hugging me. Then she began showing everyone and they loved it so my message is I loved the service and the products so well that I will purchase more from them.

I ordered & received a coffee mug where the images on the mug show up when hot liquid is poured into it. Everything was shipped in a timely manner, and nothing was broken upon receipt of the package. I love it! And am enjoying it - no complaints at all and I would recommend this high quality coffee mug to everyone. Further, I would add that all the attacks this company is getting in so-called "bad" reviews are purely politically motivated because of the conservative/Republican content of some of the products. These complaints should be ignored. It's another example of left wing nut jobs trying to shut down a perfectly fine business.
It is unusual to find products geared to ventriloquists and we have been using the mug for months without fail. Great product.
