Its foray into innovative education began in 1994 to commemorate the memory of the late Smt. Gayatri Devi Goenka, mother of the Chairman, Mr. A. K. Goenka. Starting with barely 23 students in its first year at the first school, the G. D. Goenka Public School in Vasant Kunj, today fosters an enriched educational life for over 2500 students.
