We spent close to $600 for a list of emails, and we were promised an 85% accuracy rate or better. It was not. We were told we would receive a new list within 48 hours. We did not. In fact, we still haven't received a new list. So then we requested a full refund not only because the deliverability rate was below 85% but because we never received a response to our request for an updated list. After leaving some online reviews, they offered us a $9 refund. $9! As a result of the several hundred bounced emails and not receiving any customer service, we were unable to complete our email campaign by the deadline. We lost almost $600. The service we received did not meet our expectations and did not comply with the requirements of the contract (it was below 85% accuracy) or email agreement to provide us with a corrected list.
